Due to recent Chrome and Edge updates, certain clients are experiencing issues printing tax invoices via Epson Intelligent printers or via the CP ConneX application.
To resolve the issue.
- Open Chrome or Edge
- Within the web address (URL) bar,
For Chrome: enter chrome://flags/#block-insecure-private-network-requests and press <ENTER>
For Edge: enter edge://flags/#block-insecure-private-network-requests and press <ENTER> - Disable Block insecure private network requests
- Click Relaunch (Bottom right corner)
- Done!
