Below are a list of known error responses from epay and/or ClickPOS. In most cases the message is self-explanatory.
In most scenarios you will be required to contact epay to assist unless otherwise stated in the error message.
Product Already Activated
Above error messages indicates the Gift Card that you are trying to activate has already been activated and cannot proceed.
Resolution: Discard the giftcard and investigate as to why an already activated card has been placed back on shelf for sale.
Service Unavailable
Above error indicates there is a loss of communication to the epay servers.
Resolution: Try again in a few minutes and if you still encounter this message contact epay to verify server outage.
Internal Error
Above error indicates an unforeseen error in communication.
Resolution: Tray again in a few minutes and if issue persists contact epay for further information. Ensure you have the transaction ID to quote to epay if asked.
Card Invalid
Above error indicates that the gift card configuration is not valid and cannot proceed.
Resolution: Contact epay for more information. Ensure you have the transaction ID to quote to epay if asked.
Operation Timeout
Above error indicates a communication error between ClickPOS and epay servers.
Resolution: Contact epay to verify if the transaction has been approved. Ensure you have the transaction ID to quote to epay when asked.
Invalid Product Config
Above message indicates that the product you are trying to sell has the wrong product configuration and is unable to proceed.
Resolution: Verify the product information is correct within ClickPOS Product Maintenance area. If you are unsure contact ClickPOS support for more information.
