It is important to have the correct browser language settings set to English Australia, as the incorrect setting such as English US, UK and CAN will display the incorrect format for date and currency.

Please use the following steps to correct the Chrome browser language settings:

Step 1 Click the Settings icon

Step 2 Click Settings 

Step 3 Scroll to bottom of the page and click Advanced

Step 4 Scroll to Languages and click on Language

Step 5 Click Add Languages, select English Australia and click Add

Step 6 Click three dots against English Australia and click Move to the top 

Step 7 Click the three dots against English Australia and select Display Google Chrome in this language

Step 8 Click Relaunch to display browser in English Australia

Step 9 You may wish to remove other languages by clicking on three dots against them.
