If you are having any issues logging in or are getting the below error you may need to clear out your browsing cache.
To clear the cache in Google Chrome please follow the below steps.
- Open the Chrome Options menu:
- Then select 'Settings':
- Then click 'Show advanced settings':
- Scroll down and select 'Clear browsing data' located under 'Privacy'
- Select 'Beginning of time' from the selection drop down box
- Tick the below highlighted options and click 'Clear browsing data'
- Close the browser once the delete process has finalised
After doing this please try log in again and contact ClickPOS Support if you have further issues.
