The following steps will provide the option to send automated SMS/Email notifications to your customer once a Change of Status has been made against their repair.
The SMS Account Application (SMSAA) application form first must be completed first so that we can enable the SMS feature.

- Repairs > Repairs/Service > Search
- Click Maintain Reference
- Create new or select an existing reference to edit.
- Select SMS and/or Email
- Enter the default message you would like to send to the customer for the status change
Please note: The customer will not receive the SMS or Email unless the Mobile number/ Email address has been added in their contact details.
