This process is to update a users password if they have forgotten it or if it needs to be changed by a admin for security reasons.
- Navigate to Maintain->System Admin-> Employees
- Open the search screen and search for the user you wish to update
- Click the user name of the person you wish to update
- Enter a new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields
- click Edit to save the change.
It is recommended that you change the password to something generic and let the user change it to something more secure themselves.
