Chrome and Firefox are not fully supported by ClickPOS and you may experience issues when using them.
We are aware that the following functions may not work as expected when using a browser other then Internet explorer.
- Receipts, Invoices or Reports may not print.
- You can get around this partially by selecting the PDF view and printing from your PDF reader.
- Layouts on pages may not line up as exactly as expected.
- The time/date format may be in USA format.
- Ensure that "English(Australia)" as at the top of the language list in the browsers settings.
- Some buttons may not work as expected.
ClickPOS are unable to assist further if you are experiencing any of these issues when not using Internet Explorer.
